Archives TypeRecordsDescription
The collection was transferred in four old boxes. No order was immediately apparent.
The records include Minutes, correspondence, copies of objections and input to local town and country planning issues, and some resource material.
There is some evidence of change to the system for storing documents - different types of folder are labelled in different ways.Organisation & ArrangementThere were five separate types of subject folder systems discernible (corner clips, labelled at edges, unlabelled, labelled on cover, folders supplied). Some folders of different types had been used throughout the date range however. In the interests of useability the folders have been described as one series, identified by type, in roughly chronological order.
Subject files, Membership book, Scrapbooks, Maps and Miscellaneous loose papers, these are the only known records left by the Rimutaka Ratepayers Association.
