Your image Wesleyan Church Māori cultural group is, I believe actually The Methodist Maori Mission Party who performed in Upper Hutt in August 1929.

Henry Toka's full name is Paikea Henare Toka. The lady on the right which you have as 'unknown' appears to be Wanairangi Merepounamu Poihi who was in the group at the time and later married Henare Toka. The little girl appears to be Hinerangi Hikuroa as in the National Library record above. 'Seamus' is probably the Rev. A. J. Seamer who managed the group.
