AddBy: UHCL Admin13th Nov 2012 3:20PMA friend was walking up Martin St late at night and noticed a small red light swinging back and forth. When she caught up she found the light was attached to an elephant's tail. The elephant was one of 2 elephants being walked back to Upper Hutt.
