Brian Pearce: 'Yes Janet, that looks like the late John third from left in front.'
Janet Simpson Garrett: 'not sure on this- tall enough! I know his tartan was Royal Stuart and he was a drum major which would put him in a different marching position....'
Brian Pearce: 'I've looked more closely and have decided that third from left in front is NOT John Fowlds - sorry'
