"Looks like Jane Codyre in front of [the] band, Graham Stokes down the back and on the right [that] looks like Cheryl Bateup." (Margaret Ward)
"If you look down the middle of the crowd on the right you will see Hongi Stokes looking towards the door, keeping an eye as he did!" (Peter Hall)
"Jane [Codyre is] on the left with [the] bob haircut" (Margaret Ward)
"I attended dances there often... entry was a silver coin donation" (Neil O'Callaghan)
"Had so much fun and angst at those dances. Probably there but can't see myself. Those were the days!" (Joan Whiteman)
