Description154; Mr Tran Bakery & Coffee Shop (Wellington Waterbeds had been in No. 154 in November 1988 and Parker's Bookworld from November 1977, previously in Lion Court from March 1974).

Work and Income had moved into 156-160 Main Street before getting approval t the end of 1996; it would not provide 'continuous shopping frontage'.
The roof is 'Dimondek'; long-run material; there is a central ridge and a pair of interlocking outer ridges; all of it attached to the rafters by hidden clips.
The upper ends end in 'Canterbury prickles'.
In 2015 Australia's Helloworld operated 90 stores in NZ evenly split between the Harvey World Travel and United Travel brands, and proposed to buy 10 Air New Zealand stores, and to introduce the Helloworld name.
