Arkwight's Empire in 2015; used furniture. Back in 1997 they had been in the other theatre; the Mayfair (No. 116).
This was the Majestic Theatre until it closed in November 1966. A conversion to commercial use was annouced in the April 5, 1967 'Leader; the occupants were to be L Evans & Co, draoers, on the groud floor, and the New Zealand Dairy Board's herd testing and breeding records processed upstairs.
