DescriptionBoth bays were built built by Chapman investments for Smith & Nephew, for packaging of 'Elastoplast' dressings.
806 was used by John Ward and later Wayne Shindler as auction rooms; current owner unidentified.
808 at various times was used by Wrightson Upper Hutt Land Agency Ltd, managed by John Ward (February 1986); First Choice Realty (owner Martin K O'Sullivan), mid-1992; Repco (car parts and accessories), who moved to the corner of Queen and Logan streets; Bike Hutt, who moved to the corner of Princes Street and Fergusson Drive, and later closed; currently used by Jetts 24 hour fitness.Date Taken1st January 2013
