When they opened on May 27, 2004, Warehouse Stationery occupied roughly half of the ground floor of an extended Totara Trust building, at the eastern end; around 2000 square metres; later they cut down to maybe a third.
When Enersen's Mitre 10 first came to Upper Hutt in early June 1984 they used No. 9 as temporary premises until their new building at No. 21 was ready, in mid-July.Date Taken3rd February 2016
