DescriptionThis building began as a Police station; after their Fergusson Drive building opened early in 1983 it was eventually declared redundant. Reports dated June 12, 1984 and January 29, 1985 both announced Renshaw Edwards Hurd and Paino, solicitors, had bought it; they moved in on October 14, 1985.. It was discovered in 1992 that both partners, unknown to each other, had been stealing money from client' accounts; the biggest case of fraud by lawyers.
Walter Szeto and his partners' Upper Hutt Dental Centre took over the building and are still there.Date Taken6th February 2016
