Charmaine Jackson lived locally; she started Charmaine's in City Plaza, Logan Street, in July 1989; she had 17 years' experience and had come from Brickman's Barclay hair salon in Wellington. She moved to Royal Street in 1996; the March 27 'Leader' printed 'before' and 'after' pictures of the house, and the change from garden to parking space.Date Taken6th February 2016
