After United Video closed, Bayleys Real Estate Ltd agents Mike and Tania Ledger (Team Ledger) moved in.
As Team Ledger, they had been with Harcourts from 2007 to May 2015, when they bought a Bayleys franchise. They had a temporary home at No. 72, the former Criddles for Curtains, until No. 62 was ready.
