DescriptionFour torn pages from a rent book belonging to Charles Pierce Cotter dating back to 1897, along with correspondence relating to this donation and a pen and ink illustration of Pumpkin Cottage. The correspondence includes: a note from the donor, Mrs K Grover (nee Una Cotter) identifying the pages as relating to dealings between Charles Cotter and the artist James Nairn, tenant of Pumpkin Cottage; an envelope addressed to Mr Roger Anderson, Hutt Council Branch [Hutt County Council?]; and a reply from Roger Anderson to Mrs Grover, thanking her for the donation. The drawing of Pumpkin Cottage is signed Roger Anderson.
