DescriptionThis painting was produced by a 24-year-old inmate at Wi Tako Prison, for a 'Freedom to the Captive' competition staged by the Department of Justice, along with a public exhibition at Turnbull House, Wellington.

A greyscale image was printed in the 'Leader' on March 21, 1989.
