Alan Magoo "Down the back of Barton’s Bush looking up river ?"
Kate Turner Alan -" i imagined it was the opposite side and looking south to the bridge?"
Alan Magoo "The water is flowing towards them. The cleared land to centre left would be Craig’s Flat with the Rimutukas behind. Before the motorway and river straightening, there was a large flat area across behind Barton’s Bush from the bridge down to the cliffs behind Perry’s Farm."
Kelly Mann "I agree, the hill/Craigs Flat is quite prominent there."
Cushla Scrivens "Is it Barker and his daughters?"
