DescriptionPrint marked 'closed Provincial early 92', but the tavern had closed at Christmas 1991.
The picture was probably taken for the November 30 'Leader's "New Look City Centre" advertising feature; it was not used.
It shows lighting probably supplied by Kendelier Lighting Limited, and possibly Monier clay pavers, installed later in the year; both were advertised in the feature.
