DescriptionThis plan was printed in the 'Leader' on February 28, 2001; it had been presented to the City Council for comment; planning permission was not involved, as the area was already designated for that purpose. The new blocks would be in the shaded area, and other additions included a reception area, a 10-bed medical block, and a sports oval.
