DescriptionOne of a series of scale models made by Jack Collier, around 2002. They were sometimes based on photographs. Many of them are displayed in the Golder Cottage Museum.
He sent photographs to the 'Leader' for publication. The collection has 13, covering the Blockhouse, Golder Cottage, Hazelwood's second building, 'McCurdy's Castle', Upper Hutt Station, Wallaceville Church and a row of 'memorable longdrops'. 11 have been scanned for 'Recollect'; 2 views of the Wallaceville church have not.
There are also models of Pumpkin Cottage and Wairau Cottage somewhere.
Jack provided a list, with an outline of a man on a conventional 'throne'.
