Peter Neilson, Minister of revenue;
Donna McLean, operator;
Kathy Baylis, acting revenue control manager.
Also present; the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, and the centre's manager.
The centre had been running since October 1989, and handled payments for the lower North Island; from April, it would handle all payments, leaving remaining operations to district offices. In October 1990 work would begin on two more, in Hamilton and Christchurch.
