A picture had been printed in the September 4, 1990 'Leader' after he had been elected president 1990-1991.
The sunscreen was being promoted nationally by Lions clubs. Other sunscreens were said to lose half their SPF after 2 hours; theirs was good for whole day and the tube could be left at home
