DescriptionThe college had been established at Himatangi, Palmerston North. Mrs Goodwin had been encouraged by the principal of the college to begin in practice, and had set up the Lower Hutt Osteopathic Clinic in May 1991, and had been limited to methods and techniques for which she had passed proficiency tests, but had now graduated, and registered with the International Society for Osteopathic Practice.
