DescriptionThe restaurant was behind the Rimutaka Tavern,
1223 Fergusson Drive.
Jim had been Chef at the Dunlop/South Pacific Tyres factory.
By May 1993 he was running the RSA restaurant, and had renamed it 'Troopers'.
When this picture was printed in the 'Leader' in greyscale on September 5,1994, he had been at Signals Restaurant for four months; the move had been advertised in the April 26 'Leader'.
In April 1995 he moved again, to Fergusson's, in the Quinns Post complex, in Fergusson Drive, near Ward Street - now a rest home.
