November 6 offered 'now only 4 sections, 6800-9700 square metres', and listed schools, pre-schools, hairdresser, dairies, fish and chip shop, churches, reserves and bakery within 2.5 kilometres; city centre within 6. December 6 had 'only 6 sections left' and 'fully serviced section of around 2 acres' (9700 square metres).
