The plan had been approved by the council on August 21. Oakmont Drive would become a public road; its overall width was 12 metres, not 15, and needed special approval, but the carriageway width was the standard 6 metres. There would be pedestrian access to the golf course. One property would have access from Golf Road.
The Environment Court had yet to hear an appeal.
