DescriptionPrinted in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on June 27, 1989.
Owner Howard Bee said the company had had a computer graphic machine, which cut the vinyl, for three years, and had now added a digitising tablet, which enabled them to copy company logos.
About 75% of their work was now vinyl; unlike hand-painted signs, vinyl did not start to fade after 12 months.
(No mention was made of possible adhesive failure; and the 'Leader' was kind enough to crop out 'confectionary'.)
