The awards were presented by tourism minister Jonathan Coleman, and were two of 158 presented nationwide, for excellence in New Zealand food.
The bicycle illustrated in the advertising was a hand-cranked 'penny-farthing'; the chain drive fronm handlebar level wwould give a ridiculously-high gearing.
