DescriptionShe and chief co-ordinator Joan Atkins ran a 10a.m.-2 p.m. service for distressed people; it operated from a Queen Street House. They were helped by 13 volunteers.
In the past 10 years she and her husband had also fostered over 30 children, for periods ranging from a weekend to two years.
