Details
DescriptionEttie was kept in a paddock near the Rimutaka Tavern, and, frightened by firecrackers, had run into a wire fence at night, ripping her legs. Lyn, working at the Tavern, discovered the damage next day and found firecrackers 'all over the paddock'. With Ettie unable to walk properly, Angela had had to withdraw from two competitions.
