DescriptionThis image was printed in the 'Leader' on December 6, 1988. The Leader had also printed a photo the previous year of the Christmas Parade showing Chase in a trailer being towed by a tandem tricycle ridden by his parents David Butler and Sheila Radcliffe, who owned the business "Upper Hutt Bicycles". Chase also featured in an ad for this business published in the Leader on December 13th.
