DescriptionThe picture was printed in the June 27, 1989 'Leader' squeezed into a real-estate page. It was cropped top and bottom; there are pencil lines on the back of the print.
Managing director Brian Kelly was quoted as saying it would open in mid-July; two specialty shops would open later. There would be parking for 200 cars, and the store would have a delicatessen, bakery, and butchery; and plants would be on sale.
