DescriptionPrinted in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on May 7, 1985.
Hutt County branch manager Mark Nicolle looking at a car which had come close to demolishing the current office on Fergusson Drive. A concrete footing had stopped the car, but a filing cabinet had been thrown across the room, and telephone and computer lines had been cut.
In the same issue was a drawing of the Field Street building which would replace this office; a tender for its construction had just
been approved.
Mark later became sales manager for Kearnwood Homes, Lockwood franchisees.
