The landscape architect was C C Pharazyn.
Propoals listed were:-
an amphitheatre for bonfires, theatre, movies, &c;
new planting;
parking for 40-50 more cars;
another tennis court;
marsh area retained for nature study &c.;
Rough-=play area south of the BMX track;
new traditional children's playground;
picnic facilities beside the stream, between drive and Scout hall.
