DescriptionPrinted in greyscale in the ‘Leader’ on August 23, 1983. The previous issue had printed a map showing the boundary where it met Upper Hutt's, and mentioned how much services overlapped in the area. Mr Anderson and Upper Hutt mayor Rex Kirton's final arguments occupied three columns in the August 23 issue.
