The Astral towers name was not announced.
Designed by G J Burns and Associates in conjunction with De Terte and Kerr-Hislop.
Ground and first floors were 9800 square feet/910 square metres; upper floors 4700 square feet/437 square metres. The drawing shows a ninth floor, which would not proceed.
