DescriptionPrinted in the December 10, 1985 'Leader'.
The winner was Graham Carpenter, a Wellington professional designer and Silverstream resident; his son, Brent, came third in the secondary schools section.
The triangles symbolised trees; the three interlocking pieces of the largest symbolised unified growth.
There was no sign of the black lettering mentioned; th trees were to be green.
