Some of the occupants of the two-storey building which replaced Lionel Silbery's engineering business:-

Downstairs, Hannah's, Whitcoulls, Warehouse Clothing, Price Busters, and Pizza Hut .

Upstairs, the Arcadia Ballroom; Workingmen's Club (1964-1970) which became the Cosmopolitan Club; Academy Ballroom Dancing Studio from December 1971; Maadi Catering's Tudor Ballroom (June 1972-1981 and later). Lee Bold's Academy of Ballroom Dancing used the Tudor Ballroom on weekdays, Maadi on weekends, until she bought the lease in 1981; Maadi still advertised the Tudor Ballroom in 1985. Lee closed the business on March 31, 2005 and moved to Australia. Anita’s Dance Academy was there, but later moved to 5 King Street.
