DescriptionThis is the black-and-white version which first appeared in an advertisement on May 14, 1991; the May 21 'Leader' article which announced the crest came with a grey-scale version; the sunburst was solid black, and the tree's background was grey. The symbolism was not explained at that time; a September 17 article mentioned a tree of knowledge.. Last edited by: Don McLeod
