DescriptionPrinted in colour in the 'Leader' on June 26, 1995.
The four puppets, representing the seasons, were part of an ephemeral-sculpture section of a one-year design course, and were made of recycled goods on bamboo frames attached to backpacks, and were up to 17 feet (5.2 metres) high; 20 students had been involved. A small crowd of onlookers may have gained some warmth from the bonfire.
