They had come from Detroit; he was 43, and had been trained in Chicago, worked a year as a registrar in Detroit and in his father's podiatry practice.
He had seen the post advertised, wanted the children exposed to another culture, and wanted to fish. He would be developing a surgical podiatric curriculum and post-graduate courses, and hoped that the CIT course would become a degree one.
