Maureen Coleman "no memories like that, just of Trentham immigration camp, in 1953, an old train would pull in each day, no platform so we had to be fit to get up in it, and get taken to Wgton each day, Assigned a nissan hut room for 2, and deposit 3 pounds for use of a grey blanket !! Memories eh ?"

Phil Gorman "Something makes me think it had something to do with buttercup bakery maybe?"
Heather Small "Yes there was something about the bakery and that lovely house"
Jamie Delich "It was a prop from film production of Hansel & Gretel filmed at Trentham Memorial Park. Was going to be scrapped so for fun brought to pool for 1983/84 summer."
